INDUSTRY
Products of the "JDT brand" cover a diverse range of industry when it comes to transporting, moving, lifting and lashing loads. JDT's product portfolio meets the requirements of Grade 8 (NORM8), Grade10 (ENORM) and Grade12 (MAXNORM). Special attachment equipment as individual solutions complement the range of standard products. The JDT inspection completes this and fulfills the requirements of DGUV Standard 109-017 and the Industrial Safety Standards (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung).
MINING
A German tradition history, which JDT has accompanied with its own products from the beginning and has transferred to the international market over the decades. The focus here is on the sophisticated product quality of the standard and special chain solutions with associated chain connecting elements (flat and block connector), as well as the accessories for chain straps for a long-lasting safe use of the products. The expert advice provided by JDT employees and also by competent JDT partners, ensure international on-site support.
AUTOMATION
JDT has been dealing with automation since 2001. Initially only for the optimization of its own manufacturing. But relatively quickly it was realized that the internal success can also be transferred to external companies. Today, the Robotics division counts as a cross-industry, innovative partner for automation. JDT Robotics provides support from concept development to implementation, commissioning and documentation of the automation solution. For this purpose, a trained, competent team is available, which creates brand-independent flexible and stationary automation solutions with and without manipulators.

Since 1988, the Hidde company has been involved in automation technology and special machine construction. With the company Hidde in Hagen-Haspe a strong partner could be won. In the cooperation with the JDT Robotics division and the Hidde company, the synergy effects for the end customer in the consulting and implementation of automation solutions and in special machine construction are quickly apparent and tangible.

Machine and plant engineering Westhofen
For over 20 years, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau Westhofen GmbH (MAW) has been involved in the development and construction of customised special machines. A strong partner of our group of companies, which has its own developments and patents and rounds off the future-oriented mechanical engineering division. As a service provider for new constructions and conversions of existing customer machinery and equipment, as well as for repairs, installations and conversions of spare parts and components, the flexible specialist staff is also happy to be of service.

Arias is a company with over 50 years of know how in the plastics processing industry. Today with the emphasis in the wet process technology, together with accessories like e.g. installation components, electroplating, laminar flow units, chemical supply, etc. as well as pure space systems, pure water plants, exhaust air systems etc.. The many years of experience of the Arias employees in the development and construction of process equipment are the basis for customers and interested parties to find a competent contact partner who is available for advice and implementation of systems as individual special solutions or small series up to the creation of overall concepts.

The safety of our products for use by our customers is one of our greatest demands and has been for more than 200 years. The high vertical range of manufacture of the company at the Schwerte site in Germany guarantees the quality of our products and services. WE PROJECT
SUSTAINABLE
JDT's location directly on a water protection zone I and II, as well as the demands of residents and employees, has been a challenge and also an incentive to find the right way to deal with nature and the environment for many decades. Sustainability therefore begins for us with the design and choice of materials for our products. This aims at the safety and longevity of our products and their recycling after they are no longer in use. The reduction or elimination of packaging and the use of reusable packaging for transport is a matter of course for us.
Sustainability is also applied to the production processes. The reduction of emissions as well as the avoidance and reduction of waste is an ongoing process. The use of energy-efficient plants, the permanent optimisation of plants and production processes is also carried out within the framework of a certified energy management system according to DIN ISO 50001. Environmental protection and sustainability is a declared goal of JDT's management and binding for all employees. The certified environmental management system according to DIN ISO 14001 provides the basis for the entire workforce with the aim of creating and maintaining a sensible, sustainable approach to nature and the environment as an industrial company.
